This 3 day training session is designed for Law Enforcement, Protective Services, Prosecutors, Social Services and any other Child Abuse Multi-disiplinary team professionals in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.  If you have not already done so, click on the agenda link above to view details on session information before registering for the training. This training will offer insights into the investigation and prosecution of child abuse cases. While there will be some discussion about forensic interviewing, this is not forensic interview training. If you have a MINCA username and password, many of the registration fields will auto fill if you log in before clicking the registration button to the left.

Lodging will be available at the Federal Per Diem Rates with some rooms at the State Per Diem rates at the Magnusen Hotel which is where the training is being held.  A room block has been set up and is open.  Call the Magnusen Hotel at 906-487-1700 and mention the Michigan Chapter of the NCA training for the reduced rates.

Continuing Education Credits

This course has been submitted and approved through the MCOLES network for Law Enforcement continuing education credits for 16 hours of instruction.

This course has been approved through the National Association of Social Workers for 16 CEU's and the approval number is 886552820-8658.
